In this AI Workshops session, Forum3 AI specialist Kait Smith walks through the biggest AI updates from the past few weeks: Claude Opus 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5 from Anthropic, Astra and Soul 6.1 from OpenAI, four always-on agents (Muse, Instinct, GrokBot and Dots), and new voice features from Apple and Google. She explains where to find the newer OpenAI models, which are available in ChatGPT Work and not in Chat.

Kait also demonstrates two tools she uses daily: Granola for meeting notes and Whisperflow for dictation. She advises checking an always-on agent's approval settings, and checking with your IT or security team for work use, before connecting it.
