In this AI Workshops session, Forum3 AI specialist Kait Smith explains how Spaces in ChatGPT replace Library as the shared place for a team's files and pages, and how Projects differ by keeping focused work with its own files and memory. She also introduces Dots, always-on helpers that watch the channels you choose and surface what needs your judgment.
Kait builds a budget review page from an uploaded spreadsheet, uses slash commands and @ mentions on the page, generates interactive visuals, and shares the page with teammates as viewers, commenters or editors. She then sets up a Dot in Slack with a weekday morning brief and a rule that it never sends anything. She notes that both features were slow in testing.
Viewers leave knowing what Spaces, pages and Dots do, how to share a page, and what to check before relying on the output.
